Other Random Acts of Kindness

Bring breakfast for everyone in the office. It doesn’t have to be anything extravagant or pricy. Bring in bagels with some cream cheese, muffins from the bakery, fresh fruits, etc. Have a pot of coffee going too so everyone who wants to can have coffee with their breakfast.

Have lunch together as a team. This month is a great time to focus on team building and working together. Prioritize having lunch together as a team, whether it be everyone bringing in their lunch or everyone going out to lunch together.
