ACCOMMODATION
Room prices vary by room type, and rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit does not guarantee a specific room if the rental changes.

MEALS
Food and beverages are included as described in the itinerary. If you have a special diet or preference, please bring what you need.

SPOUSES/FAMILIES
Spouses and Families are encouraged to join, to spend the night, and included in happy hours, mixers and meals. There is no additional fee for them to be included. The fee is based on the room type and not the number of people.

*CHAMBER COVERED EXPENSES
The Chamber will cover expenses as a benefit to the Board of Directors and Ambassadors.
The Chamber has covered a portion of the rental property to cover meetings and events, and will cover the items listed on the itinerary.
